Continuing from yesterday’s series on must-see resources for veterans looking for information on services and benefits, this post is about the online home for Operation Enduring Freedom/Operation Iraqi Freedom (OEF/OIF) veterans on the website of the Department of Veterans’ Affairs. The OEF/OIF site provides a broad overview of the services the VA offers to veterans recently returning from Iraq and Afghanistan, and includes information on services related to healthcare, housing, education, loans, employment, and substance abuse, as well methods for contacting the services listed and several tools for staying updated with the VA.
